Lou Dockstader is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, spearheading business management, creative and product design management, and production management.

She began her collaboration with Nicholas Koenig at Playstudios, growing the Content team from start-up to 50+ artists to deliver a successful portfolio of 100+ web and mobile games in 4 studios across 3 continents. Defining scope, managing schedules, production accounting, outsource management, contracts, and people development are her areas of expertise.

She is an experienced production manager, producer and creative director in television, games and advertising, with credits including Cartoon Network, the BBC, National Geographic TV, Ubisoft and Leapfrog. She has worked on licenses including Indiana Jones, Star Wars, Spongebob Squarepants, Dora the Explorer and Winnie the Pooh, and for clients including Dom Pérignon, BOSS Hugo Boss, Ébel and Piaggio. She holds degrees from London University of the Arts, Central St Martin’s College of Art & Design (Post Grad Certificate, Animation, with Distinction) and University of Oxford (BA Hons/MA, Philosophy, Politics and Economics).

Nicholas Koenig is the Founder, Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer of the Company and brings over 30 years of experience in the Hollywood and Las Vegas entertainment industries. He has earned two Emmy Awards for his work in television motion graphics.

Nicholas began his gaming career in 1996 when he brought Hollywood production standards to Silicon Gaming, a cutting-edge Slot machine startup in the Silicon Valley. There, Koenig served as Creative Director, and CCO building a library of games for the Real Money Gaming industry and establishing many new UI and game-play conventions. In 2000 Nicholas helped Silicon Gaming to spin off Wagerworks, an early for-cash online casino platform enabling established land-based operators to take their brands and players online. Both Silicon Gaming and Wagerworks sold to IGT for an aggregate total of $150M. Today Wagerworks continues to operate as IGT’s most broadly diversified gaming platform – IGT Digital.

In 2011 Nicholas joined the Founders of Playstudios to design MyVegas™, a freemium Mobile Social Casino app that enables players to redeem real-world rewards for mobile play. Today Playstudios has 1.7M DAU, over 100M downloads and an annual run rate in the hundreds of millions of dollars. It is one of the largest drivers of physical traffic to the Las Vegas Strip, filling over 15,000 room-nights per week into MGM properties.
